The Awatuna company opened a creamery on Patiki Road which appears to have operated between 1901 and 1906 before being advertised for removal in April 1918.
Exact location is uncertain but appears to have been on land owned by Mr JN Twomey and likely near creek because separator powered by water wheel.
Unclear whether there are any physical remains (foundations etc) or who creamery was bought by or removed to following its advertisement for sale/removal in 1918.
